Michel and Josiane Sagne took over the hotel & restaurant from their parents, who had been running the establishment since 1956, located in the city of fired pottery. Accommodation is provided in 27 rooms equipped with shower or bath, WC, cable TV. Michel Sagne enjoys working with regional produce. Member of the meat academy, he works with quality-labelled meat, chosen direct from the carcass, which he then prepares with passion, in full respect of the rules of ageing, boning and cutting.
